Case of a common installation for all accounts

On some operating systems, the program installer does not automatically create the program launch shortcut: it must be created manually. In addition, the -t parameter introduces a delay in launching the program: -t=0.75 corresponds to a delay of 45 seconds, -t=0.5 corresponds to a delay of 30 seconds, -t=0.25 corresponds to 15 seconds.
